- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all barcodes to be eligible for a return.
- Affiliate products are not eligible for returns through Jaipur Emart. Customers must follow the return policy of the third-party seller from whom the affiliate product was purchased.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued after deducting the shipping fee, unless the product is defective, in which case we will replace it free of cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping
- If the product is defective, Jaipur Emart will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer wishes to upgrade or change the product for personal reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- We will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Affiliate products are non-returnable through Jaipur Emart; customers must contact the respective seller for return inquiries.

- We allow exchanges instead of refunds.
